Position Responsibilities
- Qualify prospects
- Make outbound calls
- Contact clients by using leads from the internet, client list and other sources
- Explain the service and gets an appointment time and conveys that information to the appropriate sales representative
- Ability to handle objections
- Must be a team player and have great interpersonal skills
Minimum skills/qualifications for the position include:
- General office and basic computer skills
- 6 months call center or outbound-calling customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy, dependability, communication, presentation, organization, self-management, self-starter and accountability
- Sales, Customer Service and Collection background a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual, a plus.
